# How to Stake LIFT Tokens

1.Visit <https://app.uplift.io/staking/stake> page.\
2.Connect Metamask wallet.\
3.Input the amount of tokens you'd like to stake.\
4.Choose how long you'll stake your LIFT tokens for.\
5.Confirm the signature request for Metamask.
